INGREDIENTS
 METHOD

1. Bring a large pot of water to the boil
2. Chop broccoli into bite sized pieces
3. Boil broccoli until tender, then drain and put half to the side
4. Add the remaining half of the broccoli to a bowl, then mash together with the feta, aioli, crushed chilli, pesto and lemon juice to taste
5. Boil the Slendier Spaghetti as per box instructions, or until tender. At the last minute put the extra broccoli pieces in the water to reheat
6. Drain Spaghetti, then toss together the spaghetti, feta sauce mixture, and remaining broccoli. Add a handful of baby spinach and season to taste with salt & pepper
7. Divide into 2 portions, and garnish with slivered almonds. You can also sprinkle over some extra feta pieces if desired
