Crispy Southern Chicken Tenders
Super crispy chicken tenders using Snaxx Southern Crumb and Quest Protein Chips! These are Gluten free and DELICIOUS!

  • 1 bag of Quest Protein Chips (We used Loaded Taco Flavour)
  • 1 pkt Snaxx Southern Crumb Mix
  • 1 egg
  • 4 x Chicken Tenders

1. Crush protein chips with hands into a coarse crumb

2. Mix the crushed chips in a bowl with the Southern Crumb Mix

3. Crack the egg into a small bowl and beat together with a fork

4. Dip the chicken tender into the egg mix, then into the crumb mix
Repeat until all tenders are coated

5. Place tenders on an oven tray lined with baking paper

6. Bake at 180C for 20-30mins or until cooked throughly
(this will depend on your oven, so check if its cooked as you go)

7. Serve with Undivided Food Co Chilli Mayo as a dipping sauce, yum!
