INGREDIENTS
 METHOD

1. Add beef chunks and cornflour to a ziplock bag and shake to coat the beef

2. Heat a frypan over high heat with 2 tsp of oil. Add beef chunks and sear for 1min or until all edges are lightly browned

3. Add to slow cooker-
Chopped Onion
Beef Chunks
Tin of Tomatoes
Spaghetti Bolognese Spice Mix
Beef Stock

4. Set slow cooker on "high" and cook for 6 hours

5. Boil a large pot of water, and cook Slendier pasta as per box instructions or until tender. Drain pasta

6. Serve Spaghetti Bolognese over Pasta, garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired
